Whistleblower Policy

Whistleblower Policy

How to safely raise a concern about wrongdoing within Terra Viva VZW.

Purpose

This policy allows anyone to report suspected wrongdoing — such as fraud, misuse of funds, environmental misrepresentation, or serious breaches of our Code of Conduct — safely and confidentially.

Who can report

Staff, board members, volunteers, partners, and members of the public may all raise a concern.

How to report

Send your concern by email to [email protected], marked "confidential". You may include as much detail as you can. Anonymous reports are accepted.

Protection

We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith.

What happens next

Reports are reviewed by the board or a designated person, handled confidentially, and investigated proportionately. Where appropriate, we act to correct the issue and prevent recurrence.

Demo notice: This is placeholder legal text for a demonstration website. A live organisation must replace it with documents reviewed by a qualified professional and reflecting its real registered details.
